🛠️ Project: Nissan Interstar Fitout for K A Electrical Services

🧩 The Brief

K A Electrical Services came back to us with another van — this time a brand new Nissan Interstar — and needed a bespoke interior to suit their expanding workload, including solar panel installs, scaffolding work, and day-to-day electrical contracting. 

The key requirement: maximise storage without compromising the vehicle’s ability to carry bulky items like 8x4 sheets and long loads.

🛠 Our Solution

 We installed a full Raxx custom fitout using our own branded gear, designed for hard use and flexibility on-site. Key features include:

• High-durability flooring installed throughout 
• Very durable Phenolic ply used throughout 
• False wall partitioning to split the van into structured storage zones
• Left-side sheet storage for standard 8x4 panels
• Right-side integrated hidden bay for 600mm sheet stock 
• Adjustable bin system for components and small tools
• Stanley FatMax slide-out storage for bulkier gear
• Open shelving and ladder storage areas
• Preserved central load space for carrying larger kit like scaffolding or solar panels.

This build balances organisation and open load space — built to be worked out of, not just looked at.
